Unique Personal Service for 100% Fun in Croatia

Roberto (Robi) Pincevic is the best. He is an honest, genuine, and funny person, which made our Soul of Croatia Destination Company trip a very special experience. Robi is modest, so doesn’t really talk about it, but he won a prestigious REI TOP GUIDE award several years back…he knows what he is doing. What we appreciated most is that the VALUE that Robi provides is extremely high, worth every penny. Because of his local knowledge and relationships, our June 2023 private 12-day land and catamaran tour for a family of five was super-efficient: * We are certain that he SAVED US A DAY OR TWO by carefully planning out where we wanted to go at the correct day and time to avoid lines and crowds, especially at the National Parks such as Plitvice, Krka, and Mljet. * Simple things like knowing the central hotel location or the best place to park the van made a big difference. * Because Soul of Croatia is a family run business (we had the pleasure of meeting his young family), Robi was physically with us every step of the way, guiding, driving and skippering. We were able to easily make REAL-TIME adjustments to our activities when we saw something that we wanted to check out or shop for. * Robi recommended the finest local restaurants, often knowing the owner personally. Our son is not a foodie, but he quickly realized that he should just order whatever Robi did to have the most delicious cuisine for that specific region. * Skipper Robi was awesome…safety first plus knowing the special beaches and hidden caves to visit on the Dalmatian coast. We were often the ONLY PEOPLE at spots that we anchored. * Robi is deeply invested in providing a personal Croatia experience. One morning on the catamaran, he offered to cook us tasty omelettes. Another morning, we enjoyed ice cream for breakfast. Throughout the sailing, he taught our son how to fish, and when they were finally successful, showed him how to clean, cook, and eat their catch. There are several other examples. * Robi’s detailed knowledge of Croatia history was extremely informative and very much appreciated. Amazing 2 week adventure in Slovenia and Croatia

We just returned from a fantastic 2 week tour of Slovenia and Croatia organized by Robi. This is the second trip that I have planned with Robi and he did an amazing job of planning both of the trips as we did a combination of self guided and guided holiday. The first trip was a mother/daughter trip and the second trip was 2 couples. All of the logistics were co ordinated by Robi and we did not have to worry about airport transfers, ferry tickets, accommodations or city guides. Robi was only a text away - which was very reassuring if there were any problems that arose. He also checked in with us a few times a day and gave us relevant information. Robi is very passionate about Croatia and is very knowledgable about all things from wine to history, sports and nature. I would highly recommend Robi if you are planning a trip to Croatia/Slovenia. I am very tempted to come back for a third adventure !!! Thank you Robi for organizing such a wonderful holiday for us!!

Incredible 6-day Cycling Trip on Dalmatian Coast

We just returned from an absolutely incredible 6-day cycling trip in Croatia and the Dalmatian Coast and I honestly don't know how we could have had the trip we did without Robi's expert help. We specifically wanted a more tailored experience, that would allow us to adjust routes, difficulty, etc. as needed (we are intermediate cyclers) and didn't like the idea of being in a large impersonal tour group. Robi's guidance and experience met those needs perfectly. He provided all the cycling materials (bikes, helmets, etc.), as well as all the necessary logistical coordination (ferries, van support, airport transfer, etc.) that we needed. This made it so easy, knowing we just needed to arrive and everything was taken care of. Outside of that, each day we were given full freedom to select and adjust the planned route (they also provided route options!) based on our skill level or just how we were feeling that day, which was absolutely monumental. It was also just our group in the van (5 cyclists) and we all knew each other, so making these adjustments and taking the time we needed was easy and we knew we didn't need to meet any expectations or timelines of a larger group. By the end, our cycling guide (Goron) felt like a friend and an integral part of our crew. Outside of the cycling, our arranged accommodations were all selected thoughtfully and with our criteria in mind. Each was clean, well-located and included all the necessary amenities. In each location (Split, Hvar, Korcula, Ston), we were just a short walk to see the town, have dinner, and explore the area. Robi and Goron were also able to provide local recommendations in each location, including wine and olive oil tastings during the bike rides. I would absolutely recommend that anyone work with Robi to create their perfect trip to Croatia. It was an absolutely once-in-a-lifetime experience and I credit him completely!
